Gangotri Ice Cubes

We run Gangotri Ice Cubes over at 182/3 in Industrial Area Phase II. As you can probably guess, it is a cold place to work because we are making and storing ice all day. The machinery we use is pretty loud and takes up most of the space in our unit. We spend a lot of time monitoring the freezers and making sure the water lines are clear. Working in Phase II means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there are always trucks backing in and out of the narrow roads. Our address at 182/3 is where all the production happens. We don't have a storefront for walk-in customers really; it is mostly about loading up the delivery vans and getting the bags out to the shops and restaurants that need them. During the summer, it gets incredibly busy and we are often working late into the night just to keep up with the demand. The floors are usually wet, so we have to wear heavy boots and be careful not to slip. It is a simple business without any frills. We just focus on the freezing process and the logistics of getting the ice delivered before it melts. There is no big office or marketing team, just a few of us handling the bags and the machines. It is basic, honest work in a dusty part of the industrial zone.
