Everest Mobile Hut

We have been sitting here at Everest Mobile Hut for a good while now. Our spot is on Abhikram Road, right at number 18 in Sector 17. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty busy with people walking by and cars trying to park in those tight spots. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a counter and some stools for when friends stop by to chat. Most days it’s just about handling whatever comes through the door, usually someone with a cracked screen or a phone that won't charge anymore. We have boxes of parts stacked up in the back and the light hum of the fan going all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is on this side of town. People from the neighborhood come in and we know most of them by name. It’s a regular routine, opening up in the morning and seeing who stops in. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. We just stay here at our little place on Abhikram Road and do what needs doing. The sign outside has seen better days, but everyone knows where we are. It’s just a normal day-to-day business where we try to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea while we work on the small circuit boards. It’s quiet enough most afternoons until the school kids start walking home past the shop.
