Country Wide Telecom

Our business, Country Wide Telecom, is based in Sector 17, number 4. This is a central part of the city, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. We mainly deal with mobile phone connections, data plans, and various telecom services. The shop isn't very large. It’s mostly just a couple of counters and some chairs for customers to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to go through. It can be quite a slow process sometimes because the systems we use aren't always the fastest. People come in when their internet isn't working or they need to change their billing address. We hear a lot of complaints about the big service providers, and we just do what we can to fix the issues from our end. Sector 17 is a place where people come to shop and eat, so we get a mix of regulars and random tourists. We have some posters on the windows showing various plans, but mostly it’s just us talking to people. It isn't a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out forms. By the end of the day, my eyes are usually tired from looking at screens. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen many other shops come and go, but we are still here at number 4, just trying to keep everyone connected and the business running smoothly.
