Computer Plaza

Computer Plaza is located at S.C.O 68 in Sector 20-C. The address gets written twice on some of our mail, but we are just in that one spot. Our shop is usually filled with cardboard boxes and old computer parts. Since we deal with electronics, there is almost always a smell of plastic and maybe some soldering work in the air. We have laptops lined up on the front counters and desktop towers opened up on the workbenches in the back. It isn't a very tidy place because we are always right in the middle of fixing something or putting a new system together for someone. Cables seem to be everywhere no matter how much we try to tuck them away. We try to keep the area where customers stand a bit clearer, but sometimes a printer or a monitor ends up sitting on the floor there too. People come to us when their screen breaks or their machine just won't turn on anymore. We don't use a lot of big technical words with them. We just explain what is wrong and how long it might take to get the right part delivered. Most of our day is spent leaning over a desk with a screwdriver in hand. It gets a bit noisy with all the cooling fans running and the sound of traffic from the SCO market outside. We are just a local shop and have been part of Sector 20-C for a while.
