Cis Computers

Down in Sector 22 C, specifically at Sco-2901, you’ll find us at Cis Computers. We are right in the middle of a busy part of town, near Sector 22A too. Our shop is mostly about computers, as the name says. We spend the day helping people pick out parts or trying to figure out why a machine is making that weird clicking sound. It’s a plain shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the street. We have shelves of spare parts and some older monitors we keep for testing. People around here know us for being around when they need a quick fix or a new cable. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us. The area gets pretty crowded in the afternoons, so it's always lively outside. Inside, we just focus on the work on the desk. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs, so the tables get a bit cluttered. We try to be clear about how long a fix will take. We’ve seen technology change a lot since we started, but the basic problems usually stay the same. Broken screens, spilled tea on keyboards, that kind of thing. We just take it as it comes and try to get things back to working order so folks can get back to their business. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, so you can hear the street noise from Sector 22 C. It's a busy spot but we've grown used to it. We keep our prices as fair as we can.
