British Man Hair Dresser is at Booth No. 174 in Sector 22. If you know where Malva Tyre is, we are right near there. Sector 22 is one of those places in Chandigarh that never really stops, so there is always a crowd nearby. Our booth is one of the smaller ones, but it’s been here for quite some time. The floor is made of old tiles that have been stepped on by thousands of people. We have a couple of chairs that are a bit old-fashioned but they still do the job. The mirrors have some wear around the edges, but you can see yourself just fine. Most of our work is pretty standard stuff—haircuts, shaves, and the occasional beard trim. We don't really use a lot of those expensive products you see in the malls. It’s more about the clippers and the straight razors here. On hot days, the ceiling fan hums along, trying its best to keep the air moving. You can hear the mechanics from the tire shops nearby working on cars, which is just the sound of the neighborhood to us. We have a small bench for people to sit on if there is a line. It’s a simple, honest place where a person can get their hair cut without having to spend a fortune or deal with a lot of noise. We just take things one customer at a time.
