Bharti Axa Life Insurance

We are working out of a house in Mohali, specifically House Number 539 in Phase-10. It’s a residential-style area, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. Bharti Axa Life Insurance has us set up here, and it's a bit different from the big branch offices you might see in the city center. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about their policies and paperwork. It can get a bit noisy in the room when everyone is talking at once. We have our files stacked up and our computers running all day. The street outside is usually quiet, except for when people are coming home from work. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting at our desks working through piles of forms. It’s a lot of administrative stuff. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, and we take a quick break. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but insurance stuff always involves a lot of steps. We’ve been in Phase-10 for some time now, and we’re used to the setup. It’s a practical place to handle the daily tasks without any unnecessary distractions or fancy setups. We just do the best we can with the time we have each day. It’s a straightforward environment for the whole team.
