Beyond Space Design Studio

Beyond Space Design Studio is based out of a house in Sector 10. Specifically, we are at House Number 265 here in Chandigarh. We like the feel of working from a residential area rather than a cold office building. It makes the whole process feel more personal and less like a transaction. Sector 10 is a nice, quiet part of the city, which helps when we need to focus on some difficult design work without interruptions. We’ve been here for a good while. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a couple of rooms turned into workspaces with drafting tables and computers. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just where we come to work every morning. We handle a variety of design tasks, mostly focused on how people use the space they have. Chandigarh has such a specific style, and being in 160011 means we are right in the thick of it. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing teams. Most of our clients just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood or a friend. We spend our days sketching, measuring, and sometimes arguing over which color works best for a specific wall or corner. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We just want to do work that makes sense for the people who live and work in the spaces we design. It’s a straightforward life and we wouldn't have it any other way.
