Our place is a house, number 1399/4, over in Phase 11 of Mohali. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets in S.A.S Nagar. We’ve converted part of the space into our design office over the years. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we honestly prefer anyway. There’s a bit of a garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the summer heat makes it hard sometimes. Inside, it's pretty simple. We have our drafting tables and a couple of computers set up in the main room. We spend most of our time here working on different design plans and checking over the technical details. Since we are in Phase 11, we are close enough to everything but tucked away enough to actually get work done without too many interruptions from the street. The neighbors are mostly families, so things stay calm throughout the day. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on our projects. It’s not a fancy setup with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us sitting at the desks with some tea or coffee. We do our own filing and manage all the paperwork ourselves. It’s a small, local operation. We like it this way because we can keep track of everything without it getting too complicated or noisy. It’s just a regular workspace for us to do our design work in Mohali.
