Aseem Hotels (Kasauli) Private Limited

We are Aseem Hotels (Kasauli) Private Limited, and we are based right here in Sector 18 of Chandigarh. Specifically, we’re on the first floor of building 1577. Even though our name mentions Kasauli, most of the administrative work happens in this office. We’ve been doing the hotel thing for a while now. Kasauli is a beautiful place, so we try to make sure the hotels we are involved with reflect that, but our day-to-day is mostly just managing things from the city. The office isn't anything special—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We like being in Sector 18 because it’s easy to get to and it’s a familiar part of Chandigarh for us. We aren't big on making promises we can't keep, so we just focus on the practical side of running a hotel business. Sometimes we have to head up to the hills to check on things, but most of the time you’ll find us here. We are a private limited company, but it feels more like a family business because we’ve all known each other for so long. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We just divide the tasks and get on with it. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours. We hope to just keep doing what we are doing without too much drama or fuss. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but we’re used to it by now.
