Anubhav Sewing Machine

You can find us at Sector 22 Kondhwa Khurd, specifically at SCO 1016. Anubhav Sewing Machine is basically a room full of metal parts and oil smells. We sell those heavy machines people use for tailoring and also some smaller ones for home use. Most of our day is spent fixing old machines that people bring in because they’ve stopped stitching properly. There are always needles and bobbins scattered on the workbench. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. The lighting isn't great in the back corner where the repairs happen, so we use little desk lamps to see the tiny screws. We’ve been in this Sector 22 spot for quite a few years now. Customers come in complaining about their thread bunching up, and we have to take the whole thing apart to find the dust. It’s quiet work mostly, except when we test the motors and they hum. We don't have a big showroom or anything, just rows of machines and some stools for people to sit while they wait. My hands are usually covered in black oil by lunchtime. It’s just a local business where we try to help folks keep their equipment running. We don't do anything fancy with the display. People just know we are here if they need a part replaced or a new belt for their machine. Sometimes we have to hunt through old drawers just to find one specific screw for a vintage model.
