Ambuka Propertues

At Ambuka Propertues, we’ve been stationed at 2443 Sector- 22 for a good stretch of time. The office is right by Shivpuri Chowk, which is a busy intersection that never seems to stay quiet. If you stand outside the door, you can hear the horns and the people chatting all day long. It’s a small place, nothing too big, but it fits what we need to do. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses or land, or just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. We keep a lot of old files in the cabinets, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we are looking for. The spelling of the name on the sign is a bit different, but that’s just how it’s been since the start and we haven’t felt like changing it. Sector 22 is a decent area with a lot of families, so we see the same faces quite often. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it at the back desk while looking at the maps on the wall. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a practical one. We don't use a lot of technology here, mostly just paper and pens and local knowledge. It works out okay for us. People know where to find us if they need something or if they are looking to move somewhere else in the city.
