Amara Hotel

Amara Hotel is situated at 135/137 in Sector 43, Chandigarh. We are right by the 28th Cross and 7th Main. One of the main reasons people stay with us is that we are near the International Bus Stop, which is very convenient for anyone coming into the city from far away. The postcode here is 160036. Chandigarh is divided into sectors, and Sector 43 is a pretty active one. We are just a local hotel, not one of those big international chains. We have rooms on several floors and a small lobby area. The staff here is mostly local, and we’ve been working together for a long time. It’s a simple operation. We make sure the rooms are ready for whoever walks in from the bus station. We don't have a gym or any of those extra things. It’s just a place to stay the night. The street outside can get busy with people catching buses and taxis, so there's always something to look at out the window. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most people just see our sign or find us because we are in such a handy location. We just keep the place running day in and day out. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. No corporate rules, just common sense and trying to keep the guests comfortable while they are here.
