Aggarwal Telephone Company

Aggarwal Telephone Company is a small spot in Mohali where people come when their phones act up or they need a new connection. It's usually busy in the mornings. We handle basic repairs and sell some accessories. My brother and I run the place together. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive from the supplier, but we try to tell people that upfront so they aren't waiting around. It’s not a big fancy showroom, just a simple counter and some stools for customers to sit while they wait. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first opened our doors. People know us by name around here. We fix screens and deal with battery issues mostly. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the road work happening outside, but we keep the tools clean. Most of our day is spent looking at small screws and trying to explain why a software update might have crashed someone's phone. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical shop in Mohali. If you walk past the main market area, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place to get your phone stuff sorted out without too much fuss. We drink a lot of tea while working on the circuits. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day from ten in the morning until eight at night.
