The shop is small, like most booths in Phase 2, but we make it work. We’ve got the usual setup with the chairs and the mirrors. Most of our regulars have been coming here for years. They know exactly which chair they like. We do hair cutting and shaving mostly. Sometimes people want something specific they saw on TV, and we try our best to get it right for them. It’s a simple life here in the market. We see the morning rush and then it gets quiet in the afternoon before picking up again in the evening. The main market always has something going on, so there’s plenty to look at while we work. We don’t really do appointments, people just show up. If the chairs are full, they grab a tea from nearby and wait. It’s a friendly vibe. We’ve been at Booth 71 for a long time now. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping the place decent for everyone who walks in. It’s just us.
