3B LEISURE RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our business, 3B Leisure Resorts Private Limited, is located at house number 182 in Sector 11A. This part of Chandigarh is quite peaceful, which is nice when you are trying to focus on work. We aren't in a tall glass building; we just work out of this place. Most of our day involves managing leisure properties and making sure the resorts we handle are running okay. It is not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just dealing with paperwork, talking to vendors, and sorting out logistics. We have a small team and we have known each other for a while, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We do not use a lot of fancy business talk. If there is a problem, we just sit down and try to fix it. Sector 11 is a great location because it feels central but still has that residential quiet. We often have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. We do not have a big reception area or anything. If you come by, you will probably just see us at our desks or maybe one of us is out running an errand. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We have been doing this for a bit and we just enjoy the process of keeping everything organized. It is just us doing our jobs without any extra fluff or corporate polish.
