You can find us over on the Chakan Talegaon Road, situated in the Samer Mahadev Complex in the Chakan area. It’s an industrial part of the region, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our workshop is a functional space where the focus is strictly on the jobs we have on hand. It’s often quite warm, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze there is. There’s a fair amount of metal and various tools laying around on the workbenches. The floor is concrete and has seen its fair share of wear over the years. We usually start the day with a quick look at the schedule and then everyone gets to their station. It’s a noisy environment, but we’re used to it. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; if someone comes by to talk about a job, we usually just stand by the machines or find a clear spot on a bench. There’s a lot of grease and dust, which is pretty standard for the kind of work we do here. We take our breaks together and usually talk about local news or what’s happening on the road outside. It’s hard work and the days can be tiring, but it’s what we know. We just focus on finishing the parts and keeping the machines running as they should.
