Swayambhu Engineering

We’ve got our setup at Khed City, specifically at Plot No. 1P-41 in the 11-A Keipl section. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it gives us the space we need for the engineering work we do every day. The facility is mostly open space with different stations for different tasks. We have our lathes, our drills, and our assembly areas all laid out in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. There is a lot of focus here. You’ll see people bent over machines, concentrating on the fine details of a metal part. We don’t really do "corporate culture" here. We’re more interested in whether a part fits correctly and if the measurements are spot on. The air usually smells like cutting fluid and metal shavings. Sometimes the weather out here in Khed can be unpredictable, but inside we just keep the machines running. We keep a small office for the paperwork, but nobody really likes being stuck in there for too long. We’d much rather be out where the actual building happens. It’s a quiet kind of place in terms of talk, but the machines make plenty of noise to fill the silence. We’ve been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done next. It's just a regular engineering shop doing its thing.
