Our workshop is at Gata No. 274 in Nanekarwadi, right by the Pune-Nashik Highway in Chakan. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a major hub for all kinds of manufacturing and heavy industry. The sound of the highway is always there in the background, with trucks rumbling past at all hours of the day and night. We’ve got a decent-sized shed where we do all our engineering work. It’s a practical space with concrete floors and plenty of heavy equipment scattered around. We don’t have an air-conditioned office or anything fancy; we’re mostly out on the floor where the real work happens. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve got guys who have been working with machines since they were young men. We don't use a lot of fancy words or marketing talk to describe what we do. We just take the raw materials and turn them into what they need to be for the clients. Sometimes it’s loud, and it definitely gets dusty when the wind blows through the open doors, but that’s just the way it goes in Chakan. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the machines are running right. If something breaks down, we usually just fix it ourselves and keep going. There’s a lot of pride in just getting the job done without any complaints. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our part and keep the orders moving along for the customers.
