Precision Toolings

Precision Toolings is situated at Survey No. 2139/4 in Nanejarwadi. We are right opposite the Vijay Oil Mills, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Being in the Chakan P.O. area means we are surrounded by a lot of big automotive plants and smaller workshops like ours. It’s quite a dusty road out here, and when the wind blows from the oil mill, you can definitely smell it. Our workshop isn't very large, but we’ve squeezed in all the lathes and milling machines we need. We spend our days making specialized tools and jigs for the factories nearby. It’s precision work, as our name suggests, but the environment is very hands-on and rough around the edges. We don't have a dedicated sales team; we just answer the phone ourselves and take down the requirements. The floor is usually covered in metal scrap and coolant spills by mid-afternoon. We try to keep a clean workspace, but it’s a losing battle when you’re busy with orders. Most of our customers are locals who just drive over and drop off their drawings. We don't bother with fancy presentations. We just show them the finished parts on the bench. It’s a simple way of doing business that works for us. Chakan is growing fast, but out here in Nanejarwadi, it still feels like a small village that happens to have a lot of machines running.
