We are based out in the Chakan MIDC area, specifically Phase 3 near Nighoje. The factory floor is located at Plot No. G 5/2&3. It’s a noisy place with machines running most of the time. We make various products here, mostly industrial parts that go to bigger companies around Khed. The air always smells a bit like metal and oil. It’s a tough environment but we have a good group of workers who know the equipment inside out. Our office is just a small partitioned area near the main gate. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the shipments go out on the right trucks. The roads around Kharabawadi can get pretty rough with all the heavy traffic, so logistics is always a bit of a headache. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. If you come by, you’ll see crates stacked up and people in overalls. It’s honest, blue-collar work. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for several years. We deal with suppliers from the nearby Saibaba Colony and other local spots. It’s not a glamorous job, but we keep the production lines moving. Sometimes we have to stay overnight to finish a big order. That's just how life is in the MIDC. The metal scraps can get everywhere if we don't sweep up often.
