We are located at 52 Indraprastha Estate in Hasan Pur. Vinay Property has been operating from this exact spot for some time now. Dealing with land and buildings in this specific area keeps us pretty busy most days. Hasan Pur is a growing place, so there is always something happening with the local real estate. Our office is a very simple one, nothing too flashy or modern. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to discuss buying or renting a place. Usually, we are out on the field looking at different sites or meeting with owners, but someone is almost always sitting at the desk. We know the streets around Indraprastha Estate like the back of our hand. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in and we like the people here. Folks come to us because they want to find a place to live or maybe start a small shop of their own. We don't use any big words or try to push a sale on anyone. We just show what is available and talk about the prices honestly. Sometimes a deal goes through very quickly, and other times it takes months of talking back and forth. That’s just the nature of the property business. We’ve seen Hasan Pur change quite a bit since we first started. There are more houses and more traffic now. But our office at number 52 stays the same as it always was.
