Ventilair India (P) Ltd.

We are based in the Ranjit Nagar Commercial Complex. Specifically, Ventilair India (P) Ltd. is in room 201 of Guru Arjun Dev Bhawan. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of different offices going on. Being on the second floor means we see a lot of people coming and going from the other businesses. Our space is mostly taken up by desks and some equipment samples. It’s not the biggest office, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We handle a lot of ventilation-related stuff here. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is looking over a set of drawings. The complex itself can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. Parking around Ranjit Nagar is always a bit of a challenge, as anyone who comes here knows. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a practical spot for us to operate from. We don't have any flashy stuff on the walls, just the things we need to get through the workday. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the paperwork and the clients right from this room. It’s just a regular office where we put in the hours. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a workplace in Guru Arjun Dev Bhawan where we handle our business every single day.
