You’ll find us at 8315/4 in Multani Dhanda, right in the middle of Pahar Ganj. If you’ve ever been to Pahar Ganj, you know how tight the lanes are and how many people are always moving around. It’s a bit of a maze. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that the local tea sellers know us by name. We trade in various goods, so the inventory is always changing. One week the shop is full of one thing, and the next week it's something else entirely. We don't have much room for a fancy setup. There’s a counter, some stools, and a lot of shelves stacked high with boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s noisy outside with all the rickshaws and horns, but we don’t really notice it anymore. Sometimes we have to move stuff out to the street just to reorganize the back room. It’s a constant juggle of space. We don't use any high-tech systems, mostly just notebooks and a lot of memory. It’s an old-school way of doing business, but it works for us here in the heart of the market. People come and go, we drink a lot of chai, and we keep the trading going every day.
