Bharti Diamond Tools

We are located on the third floor at 2964/40 Karol Bagh, in the Beadon Pura area. Karol Bagh is always crowded, so getting up to the third floor is sometimes a bit of a relief from the street level chaos. Bharti Diamond Tools isn't a very large operation. We have a few rooms filled with inventory and some desks where we handle the orders. Diamond tools are specific things, and we’ve spent a lot of time learning the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock squeezed into the shelves. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s a place where work happens. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, especially in the summer heat, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend money on expensive decor or anything like that. We’d rather just focus on making sure the tools are what they’re supposed to be. Most of the people who come to see us have been doing business with us for a while. It’s a lot of repeat faces, which we appreciate. We don't have a big marketing department or any smooth talkers. It’s just us, the tools, and a lot of phone calls. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but we’re always here and ready to help out with whatever is needed. We just keep our heads down and work.
