A. S. Print Aids Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Samrat Bhawan, specifically in unit B-6. We are part of the Ranjit Nagar Commercial Complex, which is usually a pretty busy area with all sorts of small businesses coming and going. Our space is filled with things related to the printing industry. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a working office where we handle supplies and technical questions. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other shop owners nearby. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do get busy when a lot of orders come in at once. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Instead, we have shelves of ink samples and machine parts. Most days involve talking to printers who need something fixed or a specific supply delivered quickly. We use simple English and just tell people what we have in stock. There’s no need for big sales pitches. If we have it, we’ll get it to you. If we don’t, we’ll try to find out when it’s coming. Sometimes the building's maintenance is a bit slow, but we like our little corner of the complex. It’s a practical place to run a business. We mostly just drink our tea, answer the phones, and keep the records straight. It’s honest work and we’ve got a good routine down after all these years.
