Our office is tucked away in Arya Pura, right by the Subzi Mandi in Malka Ganj. House number 4398, if you're looking for it. Being near the vegetable market means it’s always lively outside from very early in the morning. You can hear the vendors calling out their prices and the smell of fresh produce is everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze to find us sometimes, but we like it here because it feels real and connected to the city. THI Consulting Services is basically just a small team of us working out of this space. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of notebooks and pens lying around. It’s not one of those slick corporate offices you see in magazines. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We spend most of our hours looking at papers and talking to people who stop by for help. Lunch usually comes from one of the local dhabas nearby, which is one of the best parts of being in this neighborhood. We don’t have a receptionist or any formal greeting. If you knock, one of us will just get up from our chair and open the door. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We handle our consulting tasks without making a big fuss about things. The lighting isn't the best and the stairs are narrow, but it’s where we do our work.
