You can find us on the second floor at 10159 Padam Singh Road in Karol Bagh. It is a typical old Karol Bagh building where the stairs are narrow and you have to watch your step. We deal with machine solutions, so our space is often filled with technical drawings, spare parts, and tools lying around on the workbenches. It isn't the cleanest office because we are always tinkering with something or checking a part for a client. The street below is incredibly loud with shoppers and vendors, but once you get up to the second floor, it gets a little more manageable. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to source specific components or explaining how a certain piece of equipment works. There are about four of us here most days, and we have a small corner for making tea and keeping our lunch boxes. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like fixing things and finding ways to make machines run better for the people who use them. Sometimes a customer will come in frustrated because something broke down, and we just sit down with them and look at the diagrams until we find a fix. It is a lot of troubleshooting and manual work. We don't have a fancy reception desk, just a couple of chairs for people to wait while we finish up a task.
