Our shop is No. 1337 in the Sangtrashan area of Paharganj. If you know where the Paharganj Police Station is, you can’t miss us because we’re right across from it. Being in Paharganj means it’s always busy, loud, and full of energy. There’s a constant stream of people, rickshaws, and tourists passing by our door from morning until night. We deal in trading various goods, so the shop is usually packed with boxes and items waiting to be moved. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be clever about how we stack things. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze inside. We open early and stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There’s a lot of bargaining and talking that goes on every day. It’s just the nature of doing business in this part of Delhi. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s a working shop where we handle wholesale and retail stuff. The dust from the street gets in sometimes, and it can get really hot in the summer months, but we just keep the door open and keep working. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, so we know all the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a community of its own. We don't use any big marketing tricks. People know us, they know where we are, and they know we just get on with our business as honestly as we can.
