Svojas Consultancy Private Limited is run out of a DDA HIG flat in Motia Khan. We are at Flat No 101/4-B. It’s a central part of Delhi, near Pahar Ganj and the old city area. Working from a residential flat gives things a different feel than a standard office block. It’s a bit more personal and less stiff. We do consultancy work, which means people come to us with questions about their business or legal stuff, and we try to give them decent advice. It's often just a few of us sitting around a table going over documents. The building has that typical DDA look, nothing fancy, but it's sturdy and gets the job done. We’ve been here for a while and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. It’s convenient because everything we need is close by. We don't have a marketing team or people to polish our image. What you see is what you get. We answer our own phones and do our own filing. Sometimes the office is a bit crowded with books and papers, but we like it that way. It shows we’re actually working. We don't promise anything revolutionary. We just provide our time and what we know to help others navigate their problems. It’s a small, honest operation. We enjoy the pace of life here in Motia Khan. It’s busy but it feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and work.
