STEERGROWTH CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Paschim Vihar at Mayur Apartment, specifically in Flat No.-16. Since we are in a residential complex, the office has a very homey feel to it. We have a main room where most of the work happens, with computers and a big printer that occasionally jams. We do consulting work, which means we spend a lot of time on research and looking at market trends. We are not a large corporation, so we don't have all those formal departments. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done, whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers. The apartment gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is a nice way to start the day. We have a few plants on the windowsill, though they sometimes get forgotten. Paschim Vihar is a busy part of West Delhi, but inside our flat, it’s usually quiet enough to concentrate. We don't have any mission statements printed on the walls or corporate slogans. We just focus on the projects we have at hand and try to provide useful advice to those who hire us. Sometimes we stay late and the building gets very quiet, which is actually the best time to get things finished. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a consulting business without any extra fluff.
