Sprack Ventures LLP

Sprack Ventures LLP is located in New Rajinder Nagar at R-711. It is a busy part of New Delhi where things are always moving. Our office isn't some high-tech lab or a polished corporate suite. It is just a place where we gather every day to get things done. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. There is a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often watch the traffic while we are thinking. We handle various venture-related tasks, which mostly involves looking at numbers and talking to people on the phone. We don't have a receptionist, so when the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to answer it. It makes the place feel very grounded and real. We drink a lot of tea from the shop downstairs because their ginger tea is actually quite good. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there's a deadline, and the whole neighborhood gets quiet except for the occasional car passing by. We are a small group and we know each other's habits pretty well by now. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. It is a simple way of working, focusing on the day-to-day reality of running a business in Central Delhi. That is basically who we are.
