Operating out of Chuna Mandi in Paharganj means there is never a dull moment. We share this 2027/07 address and it gets pretty hectic with people coming in to talk about property zones and local rules. The streets outside are narrow and full of life, which can make getting to the office a bit of a challenge if you are driving. Most of us just walk or take a cycle rickshaw. Inside, the walls are covered with local maps that have been marked up over the years. We spend a lot of time verifying documents and checking on site boundaries. It is a lot of legwork, literally. One of us is usually out on the street checking on a building while the other stays back to answer the landline that never seems to stop ringing. We are not some big corporation with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We might be in the middle of a lunch tiffin, but we will still listen to what you need. It is an honest living. We handle the paperwork that people find too confusing to do on their own. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the heat away during those New Delhi summers. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the details right for the people who trust us with their land.
