Singh Grinding Works

Singh Grinding Works is located at N-17 in Anand Parbat, specifically on Gali No 9. We have been in this same spot for quite a few years. It’s a bit different from the other shops around here because we focus on specific types of grinding that require a steady hand. The shop is small and the walls are a bit stained from years of work, but the machines are kept in good shape. We don't really care about how the office looks as long as the work is coming out right. It’s a family-run thing, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes that means staying late to finish a big batch of parts that a customer needs by tomorrow morning. The street outside is always full of people moving stuff around on carts. It can get pretty frantic during the middle of the day. We have an old desk where we keep all our receipts and a phone that rings more than it should. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just grind metal. It’s simple and it’s what we know how to do. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this street for decades. We like the familiarity of it all. Even though the noise can be a lot sometimes, we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s just our daily grind, literally.
