Our office is located at House No 748, Block-WZ, right near the landmark in Naraina Village. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't familiar with the South West Delhi streets, but we like being here. SHRILEARNING MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a small group of us working out of this house-turned-office. It feels more personal than a cold office block. We have a lot of management consulting work to do, which means many hours spent at the computers or talking through problems in the small meeting room we set up. The village area has its own rhythm—lots of people moving about, the sounds of the local market, and plenty of places to grab a quick bite. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee mugs. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal meetings; we just talk across the room when we need something. It’s a very practical way to run a business. The building itself is older, so it has some quirks like doors that don't quite shut right and a staircase that’s a bit narrow. But it works for us. We don't have any flashy slogans or a big mission. We just help people with their management needs and keep our own operations running smoothly. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here in Naraina, doing what we know how to do.
