Shree Krishna Auto Centre

Our shop is at 30/1561 on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh. It’s a very tight street and finding parking can be a real problem for anyone visiting. We have been here for a long time, working on vehicles and handling parts. The ground is usually covered in some oil or grease marks no matter how much we sweep. There are tools hanging on the walls and spare parts tucked into every corner we can find. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful where we step. Most of our day is spent with our hands dirty, trying to fix whatever comes in. We chat with the other shop owners on the street while we work. It gets very hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't the best in these old buildings. We don't really use computers for much, mostly just keeping notes in a ledger. People know us for being honest about what needs doing. It’s just me and a helper most days. We don't have any fancy waiting room for customers, they usually just stand around or go get a tea nearby while they wait. It’s a noisy street but we are used to it. The work keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down and we close up shop.
