Shivam Property

Shivam Property is located at 6203/1 in Dev Nagar, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. We are in Block Number 1. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are always busy with people and scooters. Our shop is small and sits right among the residential buildings. We've been working out of this spot for years, dealing with the local flats and small shops. Karol Bagh is a complicated place for property because everything is so tightly packed. We know these alleys really well. Most of our work is just helping people find a place to stay or a small godown for their business. We keep our records in big handwritten registers. It's not a fancy office with air conditioning and glass walls. We just have a few chairs and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. People come in to ask about the current rates or if there’s anything available on the ground floor. We talk to the owners and the tenants every day. It’s a lot of legwork, going up and down narrow stairs to show rooms. We don't use any special marketing. People find us because we’ve been on this corner for a long time. It’s just us doing the daily grind in Dev Nagar, making sure people get their keys and their papers are in order.
