Our office is a modest space where we handle all sorts of consulting requests. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper. We have simple desks and a lot of binders filled with client information. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have a few lamps to keep things going. We spend most of our time answering emails or talking to people who walk in with questions about their business. It’s a very local feel. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner, and he usually brings us a tray in the mid-morning. There’s no fancy lobby or polished marble here; it’s just a workspace that functions the way we need it to. We deal with the heat in the summer and the dust from the road, just like all the other businesses around here.
