Shelka Auto Center

Shelka Auto Center is located in Naiwala, Karol Bagh. If you know the area, you know it’s the place to go if you have car trouble or need a part that’s hard to find. Our shop at 33/1646 is usually full of tools, spare parts, and the smell of engine oil. It’s not a clean place, but that’s because we’re actually working on cars all day. We deal with all kinds of vehicles, mostly fixing what’s broken or swapping out old parts for something that actually works. Karol Bagh is always loud and crowded, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming into the shop. We don’t have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around and watch us work or go grab a tea nearby while they wait. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know most of the other mechanics on the block. Sometimes we have to hunt down a specific part from another shop, which takes time. We don't promise anything we can't do. If it can be fixed, we fix it. If it’s junk, we say so. It’s just how we run things here. It's busy, dirty, and there's always a car waiting outside. We just keep the wrenches turning and hope the traffic isn't too bad when we need to test drive something. It's hard work, but it's what we know.
