Ibath

Our small shop, Ibath, is at C- 386 in Saraswati Vihar, over in Pitam Pura. We mostly focus on things for the bathroom, like taps, showers, and different kinds of fittings. It’s a busy neighborhood, so we see a lot of people who are just tired of their old leaky faucets and want something that actually works. The shop is pretty packed with shelves full of chrome and ceramic. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything in its right place, and we might spend ten minutes looking for a specific tiny screw for a handle. We don't have any big corporate training. We just learned about plumbing and fixtures by handling them every day for years. If you come in, we’ll probably tell you if a certain tap is going to be a pain to install or if it’s a good choice for your house. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors who stop by. We aren't trying to be some big fancy showroom like you see in the malls. This is just a local place where you can get honest parts for your home. Most of our day is spent checking deliveries or helping someone figure out why their shower isn't working right. It’s a simple way to spend the day. We stay until the evening, and then we close up and do it all again the next morning. It’s just how things are in Saraswati Vihar.
