Madan Sales Agency is located at No. 602 on the 1st Floor of Hamilton Road. This is over in Kashmiri Gate, which is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us pretty busy. Hamilton Road is famous for being tight and crowded, so there is always something going on outside the window. We have been in this spot for a long time. The office is not very big and it is filled with samples and old catalogs. We do not really believe in fancy renovations. We would rather spend our time making sure we have the right items in stock for the people who need them. Most of our day is spent dealing with local traders and mechanics who know exactly what they are looking for. We don't use big words or try to act like a corporate office. It is just a few of us here making sure the orders go out on time. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We know the neighbors and we know the delivery boys by name. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just do our work and go home when the market shuts down for the night. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking about the daily news.
