Our place is located at No. A-5/10 in the Jhilmil Industrial Area. If you have ever been around this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the factories and warehouses. We have been operating from here for a good amount of time. The focus here is on sanitation products and various plumbing supplies that people need for building projects. It is a bit of a loud area because of all the machines and trucks moving around all day. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up on the desk, but we eventually get through it. The staff here knows where every single pipe and fitting is kept, even if the shelves look a bit cluttered to an outsider. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It is more of a practical space where we can get the work done and load the trucks. When customers come by, they usually know exactly what they are looking for, so we just help them find the right sizes. It gets quite hot in the summer months out here in Jhilmil, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. There is always someone coming in or out. It is just a regular office and warehouse setup where we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible without too much fuss.
