S H Realtor has an office at number 349 in the Delhi Gate area of Darya Ganj. We are quite easy to find if you know where the telephone exchange is. Darya Ganj is a place with so much history, and being near Delhi Gate means we are right in the middle of all that old-world energy. Our office is a functional space. It is not decorated with anything special, just maps of the local areas and shelves full of files for different properties we are looking after. Real estate in this part of Delhi is always interesting because every building has a story. We spend a lot of time out of the office, meeting owners or taking people to look at shops and apartments. The traffic around here can be a real headache, so we do a lot of walking. We have been working in this neighborhood for a long time and we know most of the lanes and shortcuts. It is a small team here, just a couple of us handling everything from the initial phone call to the final signature on a lease. We do not use any fancy sales tactics or talk.
