Rekhi Auto Centre is tucked into the Naiwala area of Karol Bagh, specifically at 1626/33. If you’ve ever walked through Naiwala, you know it’s the heart of the auto world here. Our shop is filled with the sound of wrenches clanking and engines idling outside on the pavement. We’ve got parts piled up in the corners and old calendars hanging on the walls. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a shiny waiting room or air conditioning. Most of our customers just stand around and talk while we look at their vehicles. We’ve been at this location for a long time, and the building has that old Karol Bagh character that you don't see in newer areas. Every day is different, depending on what kind of mechanical trouble walks through the door. Some days we are elbow-deep in grease, and other days we’re just hunting down a specific bolt for a regular client who’s been coming here for years. We don’t do much advertising because people usually just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop. The street is narrow and always packed with bikes and scooters, making it a bit of a squeeze to get anything in or out. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the work done before the sun goes down and we close up. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Being at 1626/33 means we are right where the action is.
