Our office is tucked away in Christian Colony, over in the Darya Ganj area of New Delhi. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow lanes. Working at Prointeractive Services India Private Limited means navigating those streets every morning, which is an adventure in itself. We have our setup at number 1769. It’s not a shiny new building, but it fits us just fine. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We handle various service tasks, and the pace can be pretty fast depending on what day it is. Darya Ganj is famous for books and food, so lunch breaks are usually the best part of the day. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical Delhi power cuts or the internet being slow, but we manage. We aren't a massive team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a HR department with a bunch of rules, we just talk to each other to get things done. Most of the people working here live nearby or commute from the Haryana side. It gets crowded during the festivals, but that’s just how it is. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work for our clients, and try to stay out of the heat. It’s a simple life, and we have been at it for years without any big changes.
