Our office is at A-4 in C C Colony, over in the Rana Pratap Bagh area. It’s a bit quieter here compared to the main markets, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical work. A G S Infosol is where we handle IT solutions and information services. It sounds fancy, but really it’s just a bunch of us at computers trying to fix things for our clients. We don't have a lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s a functional space with plenty of cables and hardware lying around the floor. We started this because we liked working with tech, and it just grew into a full-time thing for us. Most of our clients are businesses that need their systems to stay up and running without any trouble. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Sometimes the work is frustrating when things don’t connect like they should, but we stick with it until it’s right. We aren't interested in making big sales pitches or using corporate jargon. We just want to do a decent job so people call us again when they have a problem. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we have a few local spots where we get our tea and snacks. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when a big project is due soon.
