Our office is up on the third floor at AE-10 in Tagore Garden. If you have ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how it is. The climb up the stairs usually wakes us up in the morning since there is no lift. It’s a decent sized space, nothing too crazy or over the top. We have Profes Management Consultants Private Limited written on the door, though the sign is starting to look a little faded lately. From the windows, we can see the tops of the trees and hear the usual city sounds from the street below. It gets a bit bright in the afternoons, so we usually keep the curtains pulled halfway. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy office furniture. Most of the desks are just piled with folders and sticky notes. The kitchen area is small, barely enough for a kettle, but the tea stays hot. People come in and out, mostly just local folks or people we’ve known for years. We handle the management side of things from this little corner of the world. It’s just a group of us trying to keep everything moving forward without getting bogged down in unnecessary drama. Tagore Garden has changed a lot since we first arrived, but this third-floor spot stays pretty much the same. It’s comfortable and it works for what we do every day.
