We deal with energy stuff, which means a lot of technical talk, but we try to keep it down to earth when we're talking to each other. The office isn't very large. It’s tucked away in West Patel Nagar, a place with a lot of character. We’ve been here for some years now. You get to know the street vendors and the other businesses nearby. It feels like a real community. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our workstations. We don't have any fancy lounges or anything like that. It’s a place for work. We deal with clients from all over, but we're still just a local team in Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, just like anywhere else. We just deal with it and keep going. The work involves a lot of planning and checking things twice. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s important. We don't put on airs.
