We've been operating out of 865 Joshi Road in Karol Bagh for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and most days there is a lot of noise from the street right outside our door. Being here means we see a lot of people coming and going. We handle property and infrastructure stuff, which usually involves a lot of paperwork and meetings with different folks. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. People know where to find us if they need to talk about building projects or land. It’s been 110005 for us since the start. Dealing with construction means things get messy sometimes, and timelines don't always go exactly as planned, but that is just how the industry works. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the files on the desk. Working in Karol Bagh has its own rhythm. You have to get used to the traffic if you want to visit. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is a lot of coordination between different teams. Nothing too complicated, just daily tasks piled up. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Anyway, that is what we do here on Joshi Road. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy.
