This office is in the Ms Flats on Peshwa Road, right near Gole Market. The address is A5 2. It’s a very central part of New Delhi, so there is always something going on outside. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We’ve been working from this spot for quite some time. Inside, there are several rooms filled with desks and storage cabinets. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, so things can look a bit messy sometimes. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the morning. We just focus on the tasks we have. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Just a small plate with the name on the door. The windows look out over the street and you can hear the market noise if you open them. We usually keep them shut to stay cool. The team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We know how each other likes to work, so things run pretty smooth. It’s not the most modern office in the city, but it serves us well. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It feels like a second home to most of us because we spend so much time here. The commute can be a bit long because of the traffic near the market but we don't mind much.
